Haley and John Lake’s wedding day was such a beautiful reminder that the true meaning of wedding celebrations is to be surrounded by the people you love in the place that you love. Haley and John Lake were surrounded by so many family and friends who love and support them. It was the very best way to begin a new chapter of life for this young couple.

Haley and her bridal party got ready at Haley’s church. The bridal suite was a lovely setting for Haley and her mom to get her into her bridal gown with the crowning finishing touch of her veil. John Lake also looked handsome in a navy blue suit with the pop of white from his boutonniere. Photos, which included the bridal party and family, were taken on the front steps of the church. Inside, in the middle of the stage, there was an elegant simple cross with white flowers. It was the perfect backdrop for this sweet couple to exchange rings and recite vows.

The celebration reception was at First and Green in downtown Grenada. After the first dances, which included a choreographed mother/son dance, everyone had an excellent time congratulating the newlyweds. The bandthe food, and the company were all the perfect way to end such a special day.

Haley and John Lake were married on March 25, 2023, at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Grenada, Mississippi.
