The wedding day for this couple couldn’t have been any better. From the perfect weather to the simple elegance of the decor, everything was just as Reagan and Miller planned.

Reagan and her closest family members and friends gathered early at the Isom House to get their hair and makeup done. Isom Place is the oldest house in Oxford, Mississippi. It was updated with incredible color palettes and furniture, and yet still held its vintage charm. Reagan got ready in a room of young brides’ dreams. Large bay windows, elegant red wallpaper, a large golden mirror, and a timeless fireplace made this room perfect to have her first looks with her father and stepfather. Reagan and Miller also exchanged hand-written letters right before their first look.

Miller and Reagan's first look took place at Isom Place under a large magnolia tree. Their reactions to one another would make anyone’s heart melt. The ease and comfort that they exuded was the mark of not only a couple deeply in love, but a couple who truly are best friends. After a few photos around the gorgeous home, the bride, groom, and bridal party jumped onto a trolley and went to the Memory House located on the fringe of the University of Mississippi campus. This location provides a wide array of gorgeous backdrops and a variety of early spring blooms and colors.

The ceremony was held in the backyard of Isom Place. Sting lights lit the area. Popping bright bouquets and floral arrangements was truly a breath of fresh air after a long colorless winter. Reagan and Miller said their vows and made their commitments before family and friends.

After the ceremony, guests were invited to a reception at The Lyric in downtown Oxford. Long white curtains hung from the ceiling, a long delicious array of food from Taylor Grocery was set out in the middle, and the black and white checkered dance floor was ready to go. Toasts were made, dances were danced, and the cake was cut all so that their guests could truly celebrate them for hours to come. The band was great at getting people out on the dance floor. At the end of the evening, Reagan and Miller exited via sparklers out in the front of the Lyric under their names. What a way to end an incredible wedding day!

Reagan and Miller were married on March 4, 2023, at Isom Place in Oxford, Mississippi.

Kara and Jason’s wedding day was filled with beauty at literally every phase of the day. From the gorgeous Catholic cathedral to the insanely decadent tent at Linden Plantation, everything was perfect for this sweet couple.

Kara and her bridesmaids got ready at the Lofts in downtown Greenville. Kara had a first look with her dad, two brothers, and bridesmaids there. Kara’s wedding gown was stunning, with the sleeves hanging off her shoulders.

Kara and Jason decided that they would not have a first look before the ceremony. Photos were taken separately in front of the church with the bridal party and family. It was such a joy to see Jason’s face when he saw Kara walking down the aisle during the ceremony. They were excited to finally be together and to finally be married. After two solo songs, scripture readings, and vows and an exchange of rings, Kara and Jason were husband and wife.

The reception that followed was at the lovely Linden Plantation. The sun came out and made the waters of Lake Washington glitter as we took photos and film of the happy couple. They were so happy to be together and celebrate their day. The tent was placed in front of the house and was beautifully decorated with drapes, furniture, foliage, and lights. The amazing cakes were made by Jason’s mother. The band didn’t have to work to get the guests ready to party. Everyone was ecstatic to dance, eat, and drink. Everything about Kara and Jason’s day was easy-going and joyful.

Kara and Jason were married on February 25, 2023, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Greenville, Mississippi.

Rachel and Chris wanted to start the new year right. And what better way than to get married!? Rachel and Chris’ wedding day was a gorgeous, crisp, and perfect day in January. Elegance and timelessness enveloped the day in many ways.

Rachel started the day at her mom’s home as she was surrounded by her two best childhood friends and her two sisters. Rachel beamed with radiance as she stood by the big window in her classy ball-gown wedding dress. Her bouquet was simply orchids that exuded nothing but elegance. Rachel had her first look with her bridesmaids and her stepdad at the house. Chris met Rachel at the Northwood Country Club

Rachel and Chris had the sweetest first look on the green of the golf course surrounded by beautiful winter foliage. They took several moments to be together and then they were ready to go to the church. When they arrived at the church, Rachel had a first look with her dad. Rachel and Chris were at ease and very comfortable with each other as they took photos. One could tell that they simply enjoyed being together on such a special day.

The ceremony was beautiful as it was set in the old Presbyterian church. The altar with the cross decorated so delicately was the perfect backdrop to their marriage ceremony. They also had both of their childhood pastors marry them. Chris’ pastor married his parents as well! When all the vows were made and the kiss that sealed it, a vintage trolley was outside the church and whisked them away to the reception.

The reception was held at Northwood Country Club where delicious food was served, drinks were made, and people were ready to party. The band got everybody excited and the couple dance their first dance in front of their family and loved ones. The bride's cake was gorgeous as it was decorated too with orchids under a baby's-breath floral chandelier. There was a photo booth where guests could take favors from the wedding. At the end of the reception, Rachel and Chris left through a tunnel of bubbles and laughed in a vintage car. It was nothing short of perfect.

Rachel and Chris were married on January 14, 2023, at First Presbyterian Church of Meridian in Meridian, Mississippi.

Shelby and Hayes had such an amazing wedding weekend. It was the last wedding to film for the year 2022 and it sure was an incredible finale!

It started on Friday evening at the Rehearsal Dinner. The Gin at Dunleith was decorated like a rustic winter wonderland. Shelby and Hayes along with their parents were seated at the end of the old cotton gin. It was apparent that they both had many people in their lives that loved them. Person after person stood up in front of about 75 people and shared memories and made a toast to the happy couple. Both of their dads were emotional reminiscing over Shelby and Haye’s childhoods and of their present moment of them coming together. It was a joy to film all the sentimental words and responses.

The next day things got started early at The Belmont 1857. Shelby got her hair and makeup done promptly so that she could start all the photos and such. Shelby’s wedding gown was a strapless ball gown that made her glow radiantly. Her mom and sister helped her into it and she sat on a lovely blue chaise lounge and read aloud a letter she wrote to Hayes. Afterward, she had a sweet first look with her dad and bridesmaids. The bridesmaids also took a moment to pray over Shelby. It was such a heartfelt moment.

Hayes arrived at the Belmont soon afterward. His dad helped him get into his tuxedo. He too read aloud a letter he had written to Shelby. You could tell he was on the brink of tears as time passed and it came to the point where he could finally have his first look at her.

As he turned around and saw his bride, one could see just how much he loved her. Tears and relief were on both of their faces. They had finally made it to their day. Hayes was blown away by Shelby’s beauty as she stood there in her wedding dress. Both of them together were absolutely stunning.

The ceremony was held at Hollandale First United Methodist. Hollendale is where Shelby grew up. The church got packed quickly and everyone was ready to see the couple married. Surrounded by family and friends, Shelby and Hayes said their vows and exchanged rings. They were officially married.

Back at The Belmont 1857, Shelby and Hayes had their first dances, cut the cakes, and enjoyed seeing so many wonderful guests. It was easy to celebrate the couple with a lively band, delicious food, and joyful dancing. What an amazing way to end the year!

Shelby and Hayes were married on December 10, 2022, at Hollandale First United Methodist Church in Hollendale Mississippi.

Emily and Adam’s wedding weekend was one of the best December weddings we have ever had the privilege to be involved. The weather was perfect, the venue was stunningly decorated, and the couple was absolutely incredible.

They began their special weekend with a Rehearsal Dinner at Grit in Taylor, Mississippi. Grit is renowned for serving some of the freshest and most superb food. The eclectic decor of the restaurant was a great place for speeches and toasts by family and friends. Adam’s speech was touching and personal. He shared that he knew very soon in their relationship that Emily was the one he wanted to spend the rest of his days with.

The next day Emily and her bridal party dressed and put their finishing touches on at Castle Hill. Emily and Adam were able to exchange heartfelt letters with one another expressing their depth of love and commitment to each other after being together for so long. They were extremely excited to finally be married and live in the same state. Emily’s gown was gorgeous with an elegant design and off-the-shoulder wrap at the top. She looked so regal and elegant. Adam’s expression during their first look displayed awe and sincerity.

The ceremony was held in Castle Hill’s beautiful chapel. With the altar beautifully decorated and the pews all tightly filled, it was the perfect setting to get married.

The reception followed was filled with delicious food, flowing drinks, and scrumptious cake and desserts. The band got everyone on their feet happily celebrating the new husband and wife. Emily and Adam even had their first dance choreographed which was so very classy. The whole day was nothing but absolute perfection!

Emily and Adam were married on December 3, 2022 at Castle Hill in Oxford, Mississippi.

For some couples, the date of their wedding doesn’t matter simply because they are just excited about getting married. But for Kayla and Zach, their wedding date wasn’t just a date. They chose to get married on the 55th wedding anniversary of Kayla’s grandparents. How incredible is that! Kayla saw what an amazing honor it was to share her wedding date with people who were so very special to her.

Though they live in Missouri, something about the town of Oxford and "The Jefferson" made Kayla and Zach want to "tie the knot" there. Before the 3:30 wedding, with no first look, there were tons of sentimental aspects. Kayla had a gift for almost everyone in the family. She had even written a letter to Zach’s groomsmen while Zach had written a letter to each of Kayla’s bridesmaids. They were so thoughtful and intentional with everyone who made their day special.

The ceremony was the highlight of the whole day. When Zach saw Kayla walking down the aisle to meet him, his face was truly indescribable. The ease they exuded when they were together was felt by everyone. In light of her grandparents' anniversary, Kayla’s grandfather officiated the wedding. Kayla and Zach shared personal vows that were heartfelt and thoughtful. To complete their ceremony, their sweet pups greeted them as they walked down the aisle as husband and wife.

The celebration was another amazing part of the day. Not only did they have a cake for themselves, but they also had a wedding cake for Kayla’s grandparents. Speeches were also given in honor of the new couple. So many kind and wonderful things were said about them individually and as a couple. There was no problem celebrating Kayla and Zach with dancingdrinking, and a little wrestling! Kayla and Zach’s day was filled to the fullest with sentimentality, intentionality, and enjoyment.

Kayla and Zach were married on November 11, 2022, at The Jefferson in Oxford, Mississippi.

They say that rain on your wedding day brings good luck. If that’s true then Madison and Emery will have good luck the rest of their lives and maybe then some. Though it literally rained the entire day, nothing could dampen the love that this sweet and courteous couple has for each other.

The wedding weekend began with a beautiful rehearsal dinner at The Bottling Company in Hattiesburg. The venue was decorated elegantly with touches of hunting and wildlife accents. After the four-course meal, family and dear friends gave heartwarming toasts to the couple. Afterward, more people were invited to a post-toast to enjoy a private concert with Mustache The Band

The next day, Madison got ready at her home in a quiet neighborhood with her friends and bridal party. We traveled to Sacred Heart High School where the ceremony was to be held to have the first look with Emery. Emery’s expression when he turned to see Madison in her gorgeous off-the-shoulder wedding gown was priceless. They had incredible attitudes despite the rain. They were willing to stand under doorways and do whatever they could to have lovely shots of their day.

After the ceremony, everyone traveled to the Hattiesburg Train Depot, which was incredibly gorgeous. The square bar in the center and the botanical archway above the wedding cake added elegance and uniqueness to the room. The climax of the day, however, was the celebration. The delicious and diverse food, which featured a nod to Emery’s Mississippi Delta upbringing, the nonstop and energetic band, and the people who love Madison and Emery made the evening one of the best receptions we have ever had the pleasure to film. Madison and Emery soaked in every moment of the evening. They left under a dry sky and a tunnel of sparklers as the brass band played

Madison and Emery were married on October 29, 2022, at Sacred Heart High School Chapel in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

There’s truly nothing more lovely than a breezy October wedding day. With golden leaves falling and the cloudy Autumn sky, Caylen and Cass chose the perfect day to get married.

Caylen got ready at her aunt's house in the quaint, but the adorable town of Inverness. The church where the ceremony was held was right across the street. Caylen looked so beautiful in her strapless ball gown wedding dress. Cass looked like a classic gentleman. During their first look, they read letters to each other. This was probably one of our favorite moments in all the many weddings we have had the honor to film. Cass was so blown away by Caylen and the fact that they were getting married that he had to muster up all the control he had to even read his letter to her. Many times he said that he just couldn’t read it with tears in his eyes, all the while Caylen just kept encouraging him that he could. And we are so glad he did make it through because their letters were so touching and heartwarming. Caylen also had a first look with her dad.

The ceremony was beautiful. The colors of the old church and the words spoken by the officiant made such an incredible pinnacle of the whole day.

The reception was held at the Heathman Plantation in Indianola. The finger foods and hors d’oeuvres were delicious and no one had to wait to get out on the dance floor. Caylen and Cass enjoyed mingling with friends and family. It was the perfect way to end a perfect wedding day. They left the sparkler exit in a vintage red convertible.

Caylen and Cass were married on October 22, 2022, at Inverness United Methodist Church in Inverness, Mississippi.

Carly and Lawson’s wedding weekend was an incredible occasion. Everything from the rehearsal dinner to the sparkler exit was filled with beauty, sincerity, and genuine joy for all involved.

The rehearsal dinner was at The Lyric in Oxford. You were greeted by a table of cocktails and a candlelit dinner. The speeches and toasts ranged from family to college and military friends. It was evident by those who spoke that Carly and Lawson were amazingly perfect for each other. At the end of the toasts, Lawson himself gave an unforgettably heartfelt toast to his groomsmen, the bridesmaids, and to his bride, Carly.

The next morning, the girls got ready in the bridal suite of Castle Hill. Everyone was excited and thrilled to see Carly in her ball-gown wedding dress. She was stunning. She had a first look with the groomsmen, which was quite unique. Her first look with Lawson in the gorgeous chapel was amazing as well. Photos and other aspects of the day went along smoothly and joyfully.

The ceremony was held in the Chapel at Castle Hill. It was packed to the absolute fullest capacity. There were so many happy people waiting to watch Carly and Lawson say their vows and commit their lives to one another. There was a string quartet and a live painter there as well.

After the ceremony, the cocktail hour began on the back lawn of Castle Hill. There was perfect weather and a perfect sunset for the guests to enjoy. After cocktail hour, guests were greeted by a delicious buffet of food and a wide variety of drinks. The cakes were also beautifully decorated, especially Lawson’s with the symbol of the Air Force. The band didn’t have a difficult time getting people to dance and everyone easily celebrated the newly married couple. At the end of the evening, they left with a sparkler exit and a vintage car. Everything about Carly and Lawson’s wedding weekend was lovely.

Carly and Lawson were married on October 8, 2022, at Castle Hill in Oxford, Mississippi.

The beauty of Kathryn and Charlie’s wedding day was stunning. From her fabulous wedding gown, the astounding floral arrangements, the glory of the outdoor tent, and the immaculate beauty of Old Waverly, their wedding day was one of the best. And to top all of that, the authentic genuine love of Katheryn and Charlie was so sweet.

Katheryn’s wedding gown was so gorgeous. The strapless gown adorned a beautiful bow in the back and a medium train. She looked radiant. Charlie also looked handsome in his classic black tuxedo with a bow tie.

The ceremony was held at First United Methodist Church of West Point. This was a very sentimental place because Katherine’s parents and grandparents were married there as well. The stained glass of the large windows on both sides perfectly lit the standing-room-only crowd of attendees. Surrounded by their large wedding party, everyone enjoyed watching Charlie and Katherine become husband and wife.

After the ceremony, everyone drove to Old Waverly and were greeted by delicious hors d’oeuvres and several food stations. In the front lobby of the clubhouse, there was a spectacular floral archway that perfectly framed the incredible five-tier wedding cake. It looked like a fairytale. The five bars were also thoroughly stocked and the band was ready to groove. It was important to Katherine and Charlie to give their guests plenty of room to dance and mingle so they had an outdoor tent on the other side of the water fountain garden. The tent was next level with its green faux carpeting, fabulous furniture, and outdoor air conditioning. During the evening “Nashville” hats were given to the guests to wear. At the end of the incredible evening, the couple drove away in a blue vintage convertible. Nothing could top Katherine and Charlie’s wedding day.

Charlie and Katherine were married on August 27, 2022, at First United Methodist Church of West Point, Mississippi.

Way back in 2019, Olivia and Andrew didn’t know that they would meet at their hospital orientation as they began new careers in nursing. To everyone else, that day was an ordinary and normal day, but to them, they met their future spouses. It took a while for Olivia to come around, but finally, Andrew won her heart and affection. August 20 of 2022 was their day to finally be husband and wife.

The night before the wedding, the rehearsal dinner was elegantly decorated with simple floral arrangements in the renovated antique dairy barn of Dodson Farm. Speeches and toasts were given by friends and family. Many sweet tears were shed as people encouraged, advised, and loved Olivia and Andrew as they embarked on a new journey into matrimony. Andrew gave the final toast to his soon-to-be bride as the evening came to a close. It was the perfect way to begin their wedding weekend.

The next day, though there were clouds in the sky and rain forecasted, the day stayed relatively rain-free. Olivia looked incredibly beautiful in her off-the-shoulder wedding gown. Both her father and Andrew were blown away during their first looks admiring her glow and beauty. Andrew looked sharp in his classic black tuxedo. Together Olivia and Andrew looked wonderful together. It was evident just how much they loved each other throughout the day.

The ceremony was held at 6 o’clock in the evening in the outdoor Chapel of Dodson Farm. The winds were whipping and the clouds grew darker, but the rain held off. Olivia and Andrew shared personal vows to each other which even made the officiant stop and hug them after they completed reading them. Again, their love and devotion to one another were moving and uplifting. Even after the ceremony, Olivia and Andrew were just so ecstatic to officially be married!

The reception was the finale of the evening. Delicious food, a groovy band, and beautiful cakes were enjoyed to the maximum. They had a clear tent that contained the band and the dance floor that just set the tone for a lovely, fun, and elegant night. As they left for the night, they were given a farewell exit with ribbons and happiness by their friends and family. It was such a sweet day with one of the sweetest couples.

Andrew and Olivia were married on August 20, 2022, at Dodson Farm in Starkville, Mississippi.

Tanner and Aaron’s love for each other was one of the sweetest things we have ever had the privilege to film. It is sincere, unwavering, and a true inspiration of two hearts for the Lord becoming one. Their wedding was a beautiful representation of who and whose they are.

That morning everyone got ready at Leighwood Place in Saltillo, Mississippi. This was the place where Aaron proposed to Tanner. Tanner’s parents own the venue so it had many aspects of sentimentality to the couple. The girls got ready in the main house. Tanner was a breathtaking bride as she adorned her gown, shoes, and veil. Aaron and his groomsmen got ready in the newly done groom quarters under the deck out back. Aaron was handsome in his classic dark blue suit. Together they shared an incredibly sweet first look which brought tears to Aaron’s eyes. The other first looks included a fun one with her bridesmaids and another sweet first look with her dad. It was such a joy to be able to do all these important things at a place that is so dear to Tanner and Aaron.

The wedding ceremony was held at Harrisburg Baptist Church. The decorations on the altar were outstanding. Hundreds of roses filled the arbor on stage. It was definitely a show-stopper. Aaron and Tanner declared their vows to many family members and friends. The whole large room was filled to the walls with loved ones supporting this wonderful marriage. From the songs to the message, it was one of the sweetest ceremonies we have ever seen.

After the ceremony, the reception was at the Tupelo Cotton Mill in downtown Tupelo. The beautiful cakes looked and were incredibly delicious. The DJ got everyone excited to celebrate the happy new married couple. They even had a cartoonist doing portraits of people as their wedding favor. Aaron and Tanner also sang a song together. As the night ended, Tanner, Aaron, and their parents danced the last song together while everyone else was instructed to go outside to form the exit line. They exited through a wave of pink ribbons and bells and jumped into a pink vintage car. It was such a happy ending to a perfect day.

Tanner and Aaron were married on June 25, 2022, at Harrisburg Baptist Church in Tupelo, Mississippi.

Curtlyn and Parker’s wedding day was such a fabulous and sweet day. Everyone felt so loved by them that it was easy to celebrate their new chapter of life together. The girls began their day at the salon getting hair and make-up done. We met up with the boys at Parker’s family cabin as they shot skeet. Afterward, we met the girls at a family friend’s home for brunch. The morning was easy-going for both parties as they geared up for the wonderful day ahead.

After brunch, everyone met at the church to get into their wedding attire. Curtlyn’s dress was the perfect one for her. Sleek, white, with a bow in the back, made her look even more beautiful than she already is naturally. Parker had the opportunity to choose for himself the color of the tuxes that he and his groomsmen wore. He chose a lighter hue of blue that was a perfect summer suit. Parker even wore the kerchief that he wore to their prom. How incredibly sweet and sentimental.

All the first looks of the day were wonderful. First her first look with her bridesmaids. When they turned around, they either cried or were ecstatic to see it on her. Curtlyn’s first look with Parker also included tears and a quiet moment for them to finally be together on their special day. Her first looks with her dad and grandfather were also so sweet and tender-hearted. It was not difficult to see that Curtlyn has a big heart for the people she loves in her life.

The ceremony was a beautiful time for them to make their vows and commitment to each other in front of all their family and friends. The floral arrangement in the baptistery behind them was truly spectacular. It was a perfect way to start their new life together as husband and wife.

The reception was at their grandparents' land which is very sentimental to them. They had a rustic cabin, a new pergola, and freshly cut fields to draw everyone willfully into the summer sun. Glass-bottle Cokes and iced drinks also help everyone ignore the heat. After their first dances, Curtlyn changed into her mother’s reworked wedding dress from the 90s! Everything about the day was filled with sentimentality and love for and from Curtlyn and Parker.

Parker and Curtlyn were married on June 18, 2022, at First Baptist Church in Mathiston, Mississippi.

June eleventh was a lovely day for yet another lovely couple. Oxford in late spring is a glorious place to behold. Gorgeous greens and brilliant flowers fill the land as far as the eye can see. Taylor, the cute quaint town just outside the city limits, only adds to the charm. The Chapel at Plein Air was the perfect location for Ashley and Thomas to say their “I do”s.

Ashley and her closest friends and family members got ready right above the venue. Her gown was absolutely beautiful with lace and beading around the sleeves that hung off her shoulders. Thomas looked handsome in his classic black tuxedo. Their first look was in the chapel was an emotional event. Their nervous laughter filled the air as joy overwhelmed them. Thomas’ reaction exuded such tenderness and sincere love for Ashley. They read more personal vows to each other and were able to compose themselves well after the flow of happy tears.

The ceremony was sweet and perfect for the laid-back couple. They declared their vows and commitment before family and friends in the late afternoon sunbeams. After the ceremony, everyone was excited to celebrate the new husband and wife at The Mill around the block.

The reception was just a short walk across the street. The decorations were incredible, but the food was even better. (It honestly may have been the best we’ve ever eaten out of all the weddings!) With dancing, a few toasts, and a ribbon-filled send-off, everything about the reception was the perfect way to end Ashley and Thomas’ special day.

Ashley and Thomas were married on June 11, 2022, at The Chapel at Plein Air in Taylor, Mississippi.

Sarah and Brayden practically grew up in the same town together. They were born in the same hospital on the same day. They knew each other’s friends well. And even went to dances and other events together during their school years. But one day in the midst of just ordinary life, a dormant spark flickered in their hearts for one another. These two best friends fell in love. Their wedding weekend was so incredible and we were so thrilled to get to film it all.

The weekend began at the rehearsal dinner at Table 82 at the Cow Pen over the Mississippi River in Lake Village, Arkansas. It was beautifully decorated and the room filled with about 100 people who were itching to congratulate the happy couple. Speeches and toasts were given by smiling family members; their eyes filled with happy tears. Sarah and Brayden were ready to begin their new chapter together.

The next morning, we caught up with the guys first as they took a break from their golf game at the Lake Village Country Club to have brunch. The guys had a fantastic morning. Meanwhile, Sarah and all the girls were at the Belmont Plantation getting hair and makeup done. Sarah, with the help of her mother and sister, got into her wedding dress and looked absolutely beautiful. Her first look with her father was such a tender moment as she walked down the antique stairs in her wedding gown. She and Brayden read letters to each other that were filled with comfort, joy, and astonishment of the life and love they have had for each other for so long.

The ceremony was held at Sarah’s church in Hollandale, Mississippi. The room filled the brim with people excited to be a part of their love story. It was the perfect ceremony for the two.

Afterward, the reception was back at The Belmont. The house and tent looked gorgeous with the decorations and flowers illuminated by a perfect Delta sunset. Finally, Sarah and Brayden were married and they were ready to celebrate. The bandthe food, and their friends and family created the best evening atmosphere to honor the newlyweds. They exited the party through a sea of sparklers, riding away in an antique car.

Sarah and Brayden were married on May 14, 2022, at Hollandale First United Methodist Church in Hollandale, Mississippi.

Our spring and summer weddings at Dodson Farm have always been absolutely gorgeous. Green shimmering leaves on majestic old oak trees, the shining lake in the distance, and the rolling hills of tall wavy grass only begin to describe its beauty.

Chris and Blake’s wedding day was yet another stunning day with perfect weather and filled with beauty. Blake was lovely in her off the shoulder wedding gown. The veil and the hair piece were also incredible touches that made her beam as a beautiful bride. The first looks with her bridesmaids and father were full of emotion and tender-hearted moments. The first look with Chris in his sleek black tux was another highlight of the day. Right after they saw each other, you could see the comfort and ease set in on Chris and Blake’s faces. They were finally together ready to take the next step of life as husband and wife. In Chris’ tux, there were two pictures pinned on the inside pocket of passed loved ones. That moment was such a sweet aspect to film. Though they were not there in the physical sense, it was evident they were there in spirit.

The ceremony was also a beautiful highlight of the whole day. The altar had a large cross as the centerpiece with gorgeous floral arrangements at each side. The couple also tied a unity knot together which took place at the side of the outdoor chapel. They also had the surprise of having an artist paint this scene for them to cherish forever.

The reception that followed was the perfect finale of the day. Delicious food, flowing drinks, and U.S. the band, caused the celebration to be an easy task. The cakes were also beautiful centerpieces that perfectly depicted this couple’s classy and personal sides. Nothing but a sparkler send off would have done for this sweet and adorable couple. Everything about their day was genuine and sincere.

Chris and Blake were married on April 30, 2022 at Dodson Farm in Starkville, MS.

Nothing could have prepared us for the astounding beauty and incredible people that filled Sumner and Erin’s wedding day. The Raymond Venue is gorgeous alone, but on that perfect Spring day when the weather was not too hot and not too cold, it was spectacular. Then you fill this gorgeous place with amazing, happy, and beautiful people, nothing could have topped it. Sumner and Erin were considerate, sincere in their love for each other, and just simply one of a kind.

Erin looked extraordinarily stunning in her off-the-shoulder wedding gown with a flowing train. Her veil was beaded with elegant pearls. She looked classy and graceful all day. Sumner also looked very suave in his black tuxedo. Together, the pair looked radiant.

The ceremony was held in the outside area of the venue. The altar was fabulously decorated with unique and interesting floral arrangements. There were many parts of Sumner and Erin’s day that truly were unique and special. First, as Erin and her father walked down the aisle during the ceremony, they met Erin’s mother halfway and they all three walked the rest of the way to meet Sumner and his parents. It was important to Sumner and Erin to make apparent that they were joining the two families. After saying their vows and exchanging their rings, they were finally Mr. and Mrs. Richardson. As they recessed up the aisle, friends and family threw rose petals to cap off a beautiful ceremony.

The reception that followed was marvelously lit with fading sunbeams coming through the high windows. Magnificent floral arrangements transformed the room. The food was delicious and the celebration was unprompted. It was easy to rejoice with Sumner and Erin on their new chapter of life.

Sumner and Erin were married on March 26, 2022, at The Raymond Venue in Raymond, Mississippi.

Snow in the south is a rare occurrence. Snow in the south on your wedding day is an even rarer treasure. Both snow weddings that we have had the pleasure to film were both in Memphis. The first one took place right as we got started in our business; the second one many successful years later. Erin and Kevin’s day was beautiful and quite unforgettable.

Erin looked gorgeous in her off-the-shoulder wedding gown and classic Hollywood-styled hair. She was brave to venture out into the snow with heels but was lucky to have beautiful fur to help her stay warm. Kevin also looked handsome in his wedding attire, but nothing could have been more remarkable than Kevin’s face when saw Erin during their first look.

The ceremony was officiated by Dr. James R. Young III and he did an excellent job reminding Erin, Kevin of the first and foremost purpose of marriage. (Centered on Christ and to glorify God) With a stunning solo by a dear friend and a God-honoring ceremony, Erin and Kevin were married.

The reception that followed was another delightful time. With a cocktail hour, a festive band, and a wall full of donuts, everything about it was wonderful. Erin danced and Kevin mingled until she persuaded him to join her. Watching them together was such a joy. They left their unforgettable snow day wedding through a line of sparklers to serenade their new life together as husband and wife.

Erin and Kevin were married on March 12, 2022 at Avon Acres in Memphis, Tennessee.

At the end of winter, outdoor weddings can be a gamble. You may get wintery rain or beautiful sunshine. Luckily, Caitlin and Caleb’s wedding day, the first Saturday of March, turned out to be a perfect day for an outdoor wedding. Sunshine and a light breeze made it feel like spring was quickly approaching.

Caitlin and her bridal party got ready at a gorgeous Airbnb loft in downtown Columbus, MS. The loft had a gigantic window at the front so the small city skyline made a lovely backdrop as Caitlin got into her gown. Caitlin was breathtakingly beautiful. Caitlin also made all the floral bouquets which added a sweet touch to the details of the day. After a couple of 'beauty shots' downtown, we all headed to her family land outside of Caledonia, MS where the ceremony and reception were to be held. Caleb and his groomsmen looked sharp in their blue suits.

Caitlin and Caleb did not have a first look before the wedding ceremony, so the anticipation was quite clear. It was so sweet to see them so excited to be husband and wife. The ceremony was held in a gorgeous green lane surrounded by trees and brush. You could even see rabbits hopping by throughout the day. Finally, the moment came when Caitlin walked down the aisle and Caleb couldn’t hold it together. He knew she would be beautiful as he stated in his letter to her, but it was evident that she blew him away as she walked toward him to become his wife.

The ceremony was officiated by Caleb’s grandfather. They said their vows only to each other as they placed soil around a magnolia tree pot that they will plant near their future home.

The reception followed on a different part of their land. The tent housed a beautifully decorated area for eating and gathering. A food truck and a cocktail truck had plenty to serve the happy guests and the new bride and groom. Everything about Caitlin and Caleb’s day was amazing.

Caitlin and Caleb were married on March 5, 2022, on their property in Caledonia, Mississippi.

Childhood sweethearts rarely make it to the altar. Though it’s rare it’s not impossible and we are so happy that Claire and Nelson are the rare but few sweethearts who made it to marriage. Their love for one another is as pure and real as any we've met. It’s incredible that the butterflies and giddiness still fill their hearts after over ten years together. They were an absolute joy to film.

The weekend began at the rehearsal dinner held at the Lake Village Country Club. Beautifully decorated with greenery from the ceilings and floral arrangements, it was the perfect atmosphere to make toasts and well wishes to the couple. So many family and friends told stories and shared heartfelt memories. Claire was praised for being incredibly intentional and caring even to strangers who later became friends. Nelson was praised for always loving Claire and showing others what it looked like to treat a girl well. Together this couple has an amazing future together surrounded by many who love them.

Saturday morning, though it was cold and raining, nothing could put a damper on the excitement. The girls got ready at a family friend's home with the lake behind. The guys got ready at Nelson’s mother’s home down the road. Claire’s mother and maids of honor helped her get ready. Her gown was a gorgeous slender fit and she looked stunning in it. Nelson came to the home for the couple to have their first look, but not before Claire and her bridesmaids and her dad had their first looks. Claire and Nelson were troopers and agreed to have their first look outside even though it was misting a little. Nelson’s expression was priceless when he saw his beautiful bride.

After hours of pictures and even popping over to downtown Lake Village, it was finally time for the marriage ceremony. Lakeside United Methodist Church was filled to the brim with people. Claire was one of the most beautiful brides to walk down that aisle. With scripture readings and a special song by their friends, the ceremony was just as intentional as this couple. After vows and rings, finally, after years of being together, Claire and Nelson were finally married!

The reception that followed was back at the Country Club. With an incredible selection of delicious food, a fully stocked bar, a photo booth, and an excellent band, everything about the reception was top-notch. Claire and Nelson danced the night away. Everyone enjoyed themselves and celebrated them effortlessly.

Claire and Nelson were married on February 26, 2022, at Lakeside United Methodist Church in Lake Village, Arkansas.
