HOW DO I BOOK? CAN YOU PENCIL IN OUR DATE?
You can get in touch with us through our contact page. From there, we can confirm our availability and begin discussions about your desires in a wedding film. If everything seems like a good fit, we can write up a contract regarding the details of your package. A minimum deposit of 50% of the final contracted price will secure your date as well as an electronically signed contract. Unfortunately, because of the number of inquiries, we cannot hold dates without a deposit.
DO YOU SHOOT PHOTOGRAPHY IN ADDITION TO FILMING?
We do not shoot photography, but we have worked with many great photographers who we'd love to suggest. We would rather use our efforts in this season to create the best film possible for you.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
We finish the film and send you the different parts of your package no later than 3 months after the wedding day. In reality, we are producing films within the first month, but sometimes life gets in the way.
WHAT IS RAW FOOTAGE, AND DO I HAVE ACCESS TO IT?
RAW footage is basically all the shots of the day, including the shots that were not edited into the film. If it's not included in your package and you would like to purchase the footage you don't see, you most definitely can bring that up when we talk! We’ve recently been pushing more couples to purchase a “Keepsake Edit” instead of the individual video files. This “Keepsake Edit” is basically every clip in one video file so that you can watch it without having to open each individual file. We also take the time to delete any useless or duplicate footage!!
CAN WE MEET YOU, BEFORE WE BOOK? OR BEFORE THE WEDDING?
We would love to meet with you before you book and especially before the wedding itself! We know that planning a wedding can be stressful, so we want to make sure that we don’t add to that stress whether it’s before, during, or after the wedding. If it’s best to grab a cup of coffee somewhere and chat face-to-face, that’s great. If it’s best to set up a facetime call, just to ensure that we aren’t strangers on your big day, that’s perfect too!
